Bad service

I got the phone express and got it one the right day I was suppose to . I went to use it and it was defective , I called the number to send it back. Got and answering machine left a message and never heard back from anybody, weird thing the company is in New York but had a Minnisota phone number. I'm not impressed with their service. I'm sorry I tried to buy a phone this way. Never again.
