Poor Quality, Un-Usable English Documentation
2 of 2 found this helpful This product does not come with a memory card. After I purchased one when I initially tried to insert the memory card into the unit due to poor manufacturing quality the card went in between the designated memory slot and the actual slot. I had to disassemble the unit to get the memory card out.
The documentation although available in multiple languages provides no usable information for English speaking users, leaving you to guess as to how to configure and use the product. The documentation also is written in very small print making it difficult to see though even when I saw it it provided no useful information. The documentation was likely translated into English by someone who neither understood English nor how to use the product.
At this point though I could be wrong since I have no documentation but it seems you also do not have the option of automatically re-recording over the existing memory card when it gets full. It seems you have to re-format it and then re-use it, not practical for long trips since the card could become full and shut down right as you need it.

Good Product, Maybe? Poor Documentation - ZERO TECH Support
Beware, no available US based installer/support network. You can't find a single US dealer advertising they handle this product! This product advertises all the right great features promising full installation instructions and although the advertising is written in good English, the installation instructions are written in the typical poorly translated Chinese/English. They need to spend the few extra dollars to have a real US installer re-write their installation instructions in an accurate format. The installation/tech support they claim to offer consists of re-sending you the same poorly written documentation. If you ask for specifics on how the circuits work on their unit so you can properly attach to your vehicle, they cannot answer, they just re-send you the same unclear documentation. It is clear that although they claim they will help you with any questions you have that they can't even install their own product since they are unable to answer the most basic questions,especially when their poorly written documentation contradicts itself. The documentation has blurry unclear schematics for wiring options that even they do not understand because if you ask them to clarify they will tell you to "just follow the instructions", the ones you can't clearly see due to their poor quality. Their "support" then consists of telling you if you can't install it to look on the internet and figure it out or hire a professional installer. I have been a top "hands-on" PC technician specializing in hardware & software installation and troubleshooting for over 20yrs and have also installed car alarms and stereo's in the past. However due to poor documentation and the LACK OF ANY PROMISED TECH SUPPORT this unit remains uninstalled and unable to be used. This may be the greatest unit ever, however I would not advise anyone buying it even if they are going to use a "professional installer" because I consider myself a professional technician and they cannot/will not even provide basic Q&A support for me to get it installed.
