Charger is best in its class
I was building an 18650 Li-ion project which required a lot of cells, and I initially bought the D4.
I looked at other intelligent chargers, but the D4 has the power supply built in and came with a UK power cable.
The display shows each cell's status independently, and also when each one is complete. It also shows under-charged cells, and with a little help can recover the cell. The D4 can also maintain a 750mA charge when charging only 2 cells.
I bought an i4 after this, but I much prefer this D4. I've tried NiMh cells and it does detect them easily, along with the ability to reduce the charge current, which could be very useful for Eneloop cells.
Overall, the D4 fits most needs

Good investment to protect high-voltage handsets
Ensure a clean environment, keep pets away as you install the glass, and you can't go wrong. Ensure initial alignment and there won't be any bubbles or trapped particles. This will also give a good resale value to your hanset as it's easy to remove later
