    It was a cute little owl in the picture. When I received my package, the owl was in pieces. I contacted the seller, and was promptly issued a refund.

    I received a message from the buyer that their purchase was damaged during shipping. I then initiated a full refund of their purchase price, and informed the buyer they did not need to return the broken item. Bubble wrap & cardboard padding was used to protect the item during shipment, unfortunately USPS crushed the package. It is rare for my items to be damaged in transit, but I will quickly resolve any issues with your order. I hope that you were able to repair. Thank you for your purchase!
