It’s a washer fluid cap
It fit my 2004 Nissan Sentra S. This one is blue, the original was yellow. Snaps on tight and fits right.

Plug it in. It just works.
1 of 1 found this helpful Plugged it in. Powered it up. Went to the Optimum setup page. It recognized the modem. It asked if I would like to change modems. I clicked yes and it was programmed. Returned the old modem to Optimum and now I save $10 per month rental fee on my bill.

Fits well, but glass shakes.
Fit well, heated glass clears fast and it looks like OEM. The only problem is the glass vibrates. So when you are at a stop light or driving the glass shakes and the view is blurry. I'd spend a little more money next time for a higher quality mirror.
