When they still didn't find the parcel the seller issued a refund. I was obviously disappointed not to receive the items but can't fault the seller for the way they handled it. A lost parcel is obviously beyond their control.

OK pump Good Suction
The pump is compact but if you connect it to a skimmer it does not take any water from the pump poisition as the skimmer screws directly onto the the inlet pipe
