Cheap TV with Panasonic badge but it's made by Vestel

My TV was supposed to be quality refurbished, fully tested and as good as new but it was faulty out of the box from Panasonic's outlet store. Was offered a replacement as was told on phone they get loads in so not a great sign of reliability. I refused as trying the broken one I received it wasn't a great picture and the TV is made by Vestel with a Panasonic badge on the front. Not great quality at all.
