Motion Computing LS800
Very good price, very portable, has most of what you need, the only concern i have is that it does get hot, a great tool for astromony at night, used with a telescope camera.

HH-N2RS Dual Band Mobile Radio KT890218
Besides being small, it comes ready to go, with just enough coax, I found it is an excellent antenna as a DMR UHF mobile solution, i wasn't impressed using it as an VHF Analog antenna, but i do use it for DMR daily, all test were done with 5 Watts, and repeaters were 40 miles away 73's.
