great and effective
The first time I took them it was for a week then I order them for one month. I lost seven pounds in six weeks and two sizes from 12 to 10. The second time I order them for a month again 30. I have lost 4 sizes from 12 to 8. I lost 10 pounds. I started on May up to now. I have more energy and do exercise for longer time instead of 1/2 an hour I work out for one hour and a half.
