  I love the product! However, communication could have been better. I received 2 separate shipments 6 days apart. This was confusing since the first shipment had 2 lantern boxes taped together with a delivery stating 2 box shipment delivered. I had to investigate further to find out the other 8 boxes were still in route. The second box was damaged, but the lanterns were in tact. The product itself is worth the price. Assembly of the glass panes are needed. But packed well.
