  The seller was extremely professional and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Box wrapping and delivery were both done nicely. The item unfortunately was damaged on the battery portion so I took a photo and sent with note. I quickly received a response and refund which was most gracious. This was not the sellers fault whatsoever as the item came in the original box. It was just a damaged product but issue was resolved.
