1 of 7 found this helpful I have taken a whole bottle and have not lost any weight even took it with apple cider vinegar as a T and it has not work I don't think that it's the 98% HCA that they say it is and I feel like I have been taking everybody talks about how fast They lose weight well it didn't work for me I have another bottle and I'm going to try it but as for now I'm not happy I haven't lost any weight and I feel like I should get my money back
