A great book on how to paint a still life in oil in a painterly way
This book is written in language that is easy to understand and has the plus of color photo visuals to help those of us who are visual learners :-) It is a step by step guide to painting the still life in a painterly way with lots of tips and tricks. I would highly recomend it to any beginning or intermediate level artist.
