very compact for a portable ac unit, It does take a moment or 2 to start up, even for the fan,

very compact for a portable ac unit, It does take a moment or 2 to start up, even for the fan,
The top display doesn't work, but the remote best suits me. Top buttons are nice but you can't put anything on top of them, the buttons on the top are sensitive, and can be easily activated by the slightest pressure.
The exhaust hose is indeed very bulky.
The cooling power i tried on a 70 degree day, and it was oK, not very cold, i have yet to get a really hot day fo really test it out problem with
