Lowered my Cholesterol

My Cholesterol was up to 250 so my doctor gave me three months to bring it down naturally before putting me on medication. Dr. Christopher's Cayenne was recommended to me by an herbalist. I used it for three months along with some dietary changes. When I had my levels checked after 3 months, my cholesterol had dropped to 191. I've been taking it since and my cholesterol has stayed at 191. I'm very happy with it. Virtually no side effects for me. Should check with your doctor or herbalist.
