Livescribe Aegir problems
As a long time user of Livescribe Smartpens, I'm very frustrated with the new Aegir Smartpen. The pen does not recognize some strokes, despite I have tried every solution I found on the Internet. Customer support is of no use because updating and resetting the pen does not solve the problem. My advice is to NOT BUY this Aegir Smartpen. If you really need a smartpen from Livescribe, buy the excellent Livescribe 3.
