Everything was fine with the product. Quality stated was true.
Brand new, sealed cartridge. Price was much lower than I can get at a retail store.

Don't waste your money on this product.

reviews about this product in the past, and also know that Dr. Phil has had recommendations on his show about it, I decided to try it. Been using it for over 2 weeks, day & night, and see no improvement. Have noticed that the .5 ounce container is about 1/4 gone. It is overpriced even though EBAY's price was much lower than the retail store price. Will definitely not purchase this product again. Now I know, it doesn't work (at least not on me!)

Good value for product.
Fits perfectly on phone. Can easily recognize my phone w/distict color. Seems like very durable material. Would definitely recommend this product!
