No at all what I expected
1 of 1 found this helpful This is not a wipe on and you are done product. This is a wipe on buff, buff and buf and if not satisfied do it all again. I was not expecting an endurance training procedure.

Bad book
Practically no usable content .. Many pages used for filler pages. I donor recomend their book for anyone seeking useful information on the subject.
