  Bought a Gibson hummingbird described 'as new' however, when it arrived, it had scratches on it. Seller said it must have been done in transit, but it was wrapped in bubble wrap so can't have been. Seller said not accepting returns so stuck with it.

  What a load of rubbish, the guitar was new when I sent it, I also took pictures when wrapping this guitar which had none of the marks this guy claimed!!! I just think he realised what a mistake he had made buying a guitar during Black Friday week, if the moron had looked on the Gibson website that week he would have seen the same guitar for 100 quid less, maybe he did and that’s why he marked the guitar and tried to get his money back!
