  The wireless keyboard was posted as open box. It arrived without original packaging or dongle. The keyboard is useless without the dongle, which plugs into a USB port & relays keystrokes to computer. I notified eBay, easy because email arrived with link that worked. Very quickly the seller refunded my payment. I am only out the time & inconvenience. I ordered this specific model b/c it is like the one I have that quit working after years of excellent performance.
