  Disappointed and frustrated that the clock arrived broken.The package was clearly marked fragile in multiple places. We are currently dealing with USPS for the insurance claim. The $795 spent on the clock may not be reembursed in full or partial, its being reviewed now. Manualmaster101 has had constant communication with us the entire time. I probably won't buy anything that expensive and fragile in the near future. Im giving USPS low marks but not the seller.

  After contacting the seller that one of the trucks I received was not one that was advertised, the seller quickly contacted me and offered to make the situation right,. The seller recognized the error and sent me the correct item very quickly and did not require me to send back the incorrect item. No issues, no pushback.   All items were listed as sealed but there were a few that you could tell the seal had been peeled back and then resealed. There was also a box that was a little crushed in the back that you couldn't see from the photos in the listing. The shipping container (Xerox box) could have used more than the 2 pieces of tape used to secure the lid. However, the price per item was a good deal. Overall I am for the most part happy with my purchase .
