Shampoo is runny
I have used this product all my life. Due to the covid, and my hairdresser being shut down I have been unable to get it. The product I received the shampoo is very watery, and smells like it has hand soap in it. The conditioner appears to be normal. I am not sure what happened.

only problem
I see to be going thru batteries. I guess i need t get the chargable ones. The remote loses connection a lot as well, but is very entertaining
