A comprehensive, fact-filled book on the horrors that were committed by the CIA in Canada. Although this book is about one hospital in Quebec, these atrocities happened in other hospitals, detention centers and prisons across Canada and the US. The book is a good starting place, BUT KEEP RESEARCHING! The Penetanguishene mental-health centre in Oak Ridge, ON was another site and there was a recent lawsuit and judgement against the head DR. directing the 'mind-control' experiments. His crimes were compared [by the Judge] to the medical experiments committed by Nazi Germany. Danny Joanisse is the name of 1 of the victims who filed suit. Another Canadian CIA mind-control victim, Steve Smith, wrote a book titled "The Psychopath Machine: A Story of Resistance and Survival"
