Condition of part of product!
The actual cds were in great shape which is why I checked "yes" for the recommendation, the value and quality. However the box they were in as well as the individual cases which held each of the cds was/is in such terrible shape I had to purchase new cases for each cd and had to throw away the box!!! The damaged box was NOT the result of the shipping and handling!!! The exterior mailing box was intact with no noted damage!!!!

Whether or not you realize it we ALL have an "inner child" who is also very hurt and confused by the trauma we have gone thru!!!
As a survivor of Childhood PTSD and using EMDR therapy this book ( which was suggested to me) is very helpful and I'm so glad I have my own copy so as to underline the sentences or paragraphs that resonate with me and from which I can learn!!!
