obsolete but a classic (elegant and versatile)
Gurps Magic for GURPS Third edition is one of the quintessential sourcebooks of the line. It features a magic system that's logical, consistent, elegant, and versatile (mimicking Harry Potter as easily as Harry Dresden). Recommended for anyone who likes fantasy and detailed spell lists in their roleplaying systems (although a familiarity with Gurps in particular would help). It might need some tweaking to use with Fourth edition GURPS.
