  Not sure how this happened but this was the first time in my life where I received an order that was infested with ants. Not blaming the seller because it may have happened during shipping. Thankfully I noticed it before bringing the box inside my house. I had to open the box outside and careful get my order (body wash) out and thankfully the seller wrapped it completely. Again, I won't blame the seller on this, but there's no way I had a positive experience, hence the neutral rating.
