Excellent first full frame especially if you already own EF lenses.

At the price paid by buying from trendystar1 it is amazing value, shipping took 11 days but it was well worth the wait. The 6D is incredible value for a full frame camera. Also great because the EF lenses I already own of course work on this camera so I had a bit of a head-start. I have used a Sony A7ii quite a bit, but I now prefer the 6D after only a couple of weeks.

Mountings badly made

Metal cold shoe mountings badly made. Don’t accept thickness of hot shoe and screws protruding

Mounting plate hole not aligned

Everything good except that the mounting plate alignment plate locating lug is not in correct place so could not get the screw to tighten and slightly stripped thread. Finally working with the spring-loaded mounting spigot removed. Irritating but finally works well once that is done. Would be excellent apart from the mounting plate.
