  most of the cards were damages beyond usability when received, and arrived 2 days late with $10.50 postage due. I agreed to a $15.00 refund from the seller to pay for the postage due (claimed he had tried to have it charged to him), and a 50% of the original price for the cards. Didn't ask for refund of the $4.50 I originally paid for shipping, and only half for the price of the cards. Seller couldn't even live up to that agreement and shorted me $0.60 on the refund

  I worked to resolve this issue with the customer the second they contacted me. There was an error regarding the post office and label provided, which 100% should not have happened. I immediately offered a refund. Doing the refund through eBay I was only able to send a certain amount as the price of the cards was so little. Due to this, it was 60 cents short of the agreed $15. I promptly offered to send more to the buyer through Venmo, Paypal, etc. to which they just completely ignored me.
