TERRIFIC!!! A must for those interested in the physical changes/evolution on the island. Beautiful photographic collage offers, as the title indicates, the "before and after" of many locations and structures. This is another jewel in Jorge Rigau's list of related books on Puerto Rico's history, development, and architecture.
