Seller forced the item into a box that is too small which permanently damaged it. Seller advised cleaning the item and place the item under a heavy object to get its shape back. Seller offered a refund after shipping the item back but description says "no returns"? Presumably seller rather try selling a damaged product again. Multiple attempts were made at offering everything from a full refund and return (+ additional monies for the buyer's inconvenience) to a partial refund, the last request of which was left unanswered by the buyer.

Wow!
1 of 1 found this helpful I'll admit--this was meant to be a happy product. Something I'd throw in the car and flick on when I'm out with my buddies just to play around with.
And then it came in the mail and I got to opening up the package. "Wow." I exclaimed. "Wow." Again, checking out what all was included and the quality of the lights and their associated bits and pieces.
This kit comes with literally every last little thing you need for installtion. The quality of each component is surprisingly high, and the lighting effect itself is both vibrant and dramatic in a car interior. There are a multitude of not only lighting effects, but installation options as well.
I would highly recommend this setup as not only a great product, but a tremendous value as well. Excellent!
