Used or defective battery sold as new
1 of 1 found this helpful This was not a good purchase. I bought the battery because the one in my phone was overheating. .. a sign that it was going bad. I had it installed at the Sprint store by professionals. The battery overheats.. it was either a used battey or a defective battery. It works but gets very hot... just like the old one.

I would not buy another battery from them
This is the second battery i received... the first didn't work correctly... they replaced the battery immediately.. it is a used battery, not new as described.. it charged up well (there was no charge when I received it, but it went to 100%) then lost most of the charge (17% remained) after sitting in standby over night.
