  This item was received and was defective after two times mowing it quit working. However the return policy of 30 days had expired 3 days earlier but the seller very promptly sent me a refund immediately after I contacted him . I am very happy with the way seller responded.   Although this item came damaged the seller took responsibility and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I would order from this seller again just because the communication was great. I had no issues with that but the shipping is where I was upset about but again it came fast but defective and I did not have to send it back the seller just refunded me for the damaged item

  I can't say enough about this seller; not only the shipment was quick, price was excellent, but when i notify the seller that one of the small pump did not match to the original in place, they made sure to check my satisfaction by refunding the cost of a replacement part.   Item was as described. However when I installed it the switch did not work as it should have. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly, offering to refund my purchase price since the part was defective. Parts fail. I was very pleased with their response, backing up their product and their quick resolution to the issue. I will do business with them again.
