In the end I decided to keep the card, but I want to say thank you to the seller for offering to give me a refund or send me something different. Fast shipping and fast replies to my messages also!     Horrible seller! Purchased the card on June 29. Reached out to seller July 2 asking if the card was shipped. Seller said he would ship it out that day. I got the tracking number but the seller did not actually ship the card out until July 7 and lied about it. Seller only printed the tracking number to avoid getting a penalty for not shipping the card within the deadline. When I asked for a partial refund for the shipping cost, seller declined and lied. USPS stamp shows seller lied too.

    This buyer was unreasonable! type of person you can't please or just looking for something free, After complaining about the card no showing up in time on 4th of july weekend he requested a refund for the inconvenience so I sent a screenshot of the date showing it was sent in the allowed 3 day window ebay has in the policy, when i refused to give him a refund for he was still unreasonable i felt the issue was resolved but inevitably i had to block the member after harrasing me about the issue.
