  iPad broken description said all working! Seller said didn’t check it and to return it. I didn’t Have time to do that and wait for refund to buy other so paid to get it fixed myself turn out to be an expensive iPad

  I wrote to you and said I’m sorry as I wasn’t aware of this issue when advised. I also offered you to return the ipad in the same condition that you received. Then I said that I would compensate the return postage if you returned the item just the way you received (not if it’s been tampered by any unauthorised person). But despite all this you took it to a shop for repair instead of returning the item. I understand your frustration and sorry for any inconvenience.
