Installation instructions are lacking…. ...
Installation instructions are lacking…. QR CODES that came with the product documentation don’t work - they don’t link to installation instructions and the installation video on the amp-research website is a joke (which is actually the “realtruck.com” - not confusing at all!). A real shame as the product seems solid. But for $330, I expect decent installation instructions and installation videos that actually show me how to install this bumper step to the truck- like showing the where the brackets are located under the truck bumper, what screws get removed, what bolts are used to bolt on, etc. As far as the ebay seller - no complaints - my order was processed quickly and arrived timely, and arrived undamaged. Found it quite odd that some bolts & washer were loose in the box - they typically are in a sealed parts bag. I sure hope I have all the parts needed for installation. The product documents in the box were in a sealed bag (obviously never opened), but loose parts in the box is a head scratcher.
