Great sound
I must admit the setup wasn’t easy, tried it even on a Samsung TV, the USB method which was one of the two method they recommended didn’t work; apparently you need a two way USB which is a lot more expensive but it’s not mentioned in the manual. The second method was to use Bluetooth but I didn’t have the option and end up buying an optical cable which worked very well.
The sound quality however is really good and enjoyable, you can also have the TV sound with the optical cable option or you can just switch off the tv sound. You can also turn off the sound bar to have the TV sound. I got it on offer at a very reasonable price and overall it’s been a pleasant experience, one that I would recommend.

It's OK!
I've been using Gainsborough for years as it's hard to change the installation. It generally lasts about 2 years of heavy workload (I have 3 boys) but the last one didn't last more than 6 or 7 months. Luckily the element was ok and I managed to use it on the last one but in general this model is an old design and not you can get all sorts of problems.
