i have done my best to be a good eBay seller and yes i have had 3 negative comments one was a misunderstanding on pick up day so i delivered the item the same day to buyer at my expense, one was a unfortunate mistake in the item covering so i offered the buyer to take them free also his fuel cost, and one was i mistake on the sale price , but hey ho i cant please everyone , i have had similar experiences myself ,
