  Radio was returned and is working great now! It was NOT 24 hour turnaround as advertised, but I'm happy with the service and the radio works again with a lifetime warranty. Had to reach out to seller several times before I received a response to my questions also. All in all, I would recommend the seller, just don't count on the 24 hour turnaround always being true.

  If you are having issues with your radio, I highly recommend this service. As soon as I paid, I received an email with instructions on how to get my radio to them. They also followed up with a phone call to make sure I received the instructions. Within a couple of days of them receiving my radio, it was sent back to me fully functional. I now have music in my truck again. Thank you for the great service. You guys are awesome.

  Works great, great commanders only issue i had was lengh of time to get back. Sent in a few days before Christmas and didn't get back until Jan 16th. Most likely because of holidays and do not believe it was their fault.
