  Excellent communication. Item came as described. The slab I purchased was unfortunately damaged during the shipping process due to poor handling by Canada Post, but I reached out to the seller upon delivery and they immediately offered to either refund the card in full or do a partial refund to cover reholdering fees. I would suggest sandwiching slabs between cardboard in the future to help prevent potential shipping mishaps but overall I'd definitely recommend this seller!
