Love this
This is my 2nd belt and the first was few years back and still good and make me sweat good in my abdomen. I got the second for regular non workout days to ware under my shirt. I have used several brands. But this one lasts me longer and the velcro quality is good after so many years. Nice back support and helps to achieve your sweating. After using always take a tissue paper and cleanly wipe of the sweat stored in the pad. The material has the tendency to store your sweat during workout.

I prefer buying the slendertone brand , i tried other aftermarket, but this quality is never replaceable.
