Product delivery time unacceptabe
Product was new and in good shape. Worked well. Problem was that it took 18 days to receive the switch by US Postal service.

Red Battery
4 of 4 found this helpful The battery is working great after I charged it up. I do think you should put a note on your site that the battery will be delivered completely discharged and will need to be charged before using. I initially thought the battery was defective because it had zero volts when I checked it with a voltmeter.
