Fresh, keep well in the fridge and good amount in bag.
Nice on toast.
Seriously though, l have a large tank with various breeds of Barbs in and l give them some every other day.
l use a plastic cone so they pull the worms out.
l always get blood worms and they are good quality with a fair amount in.

Addicted!
lt has helped me to give up smoking but l am now addicted to them.
the good side is they are not doing my lungs any harm, they are not like vapes so you can use them on planes or in public places.
overall l am quite happy with them.
BUT l am reliant on them and can just about afford them.

fresh and green shoots
lt arrived very quickly, l received a good portion and it was a fresh green colour. Actually l am going to order some more as my shrimp population has grown.
