Amazing!
2 of 3 found this helpful I'm in Afghanistan and see all types of injuries/illnesses. My education is limited to my training. Working here you see more in one year then you will in 10 years. Diseases like Leishmaniasis is something you will see here and having the SOF Medical Handbook will help you not only identify the disease but also its treatment. This book is a requirement for anyone who wants to increase their medical knowledge when working in war zones to primative areas's of the world.

Nice Patch
I liked this patch because it was different looking and seemed to stand out. When it arrived, my impression was exactly as I thought. It was well made, and I think will look well on my uniform. Thanks very much for putting out quality stuff.
