Weston Single Support Manual Jerky Slicer

The Best meat slicing product EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most time saving meat slicing procudt EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I just sliced 2 briskets in less than 8 minutes, it took me 90 minutes to remove the fat, slab the meat and prep it and 8 minutes to slice all of it, I just bought the best meat slicing equipment on earth! I wish that I would have seen this before now, I am so STOKED! This brings a new meaning to prepping meat for jerky making, if you are a jerky maker or slice in 1/4" slices, just get one now!!! Clean-up took less than 10 minutes, good to have a soft long bristled brush for the blades.
