    Item was missing the instructional DVD. I messaged seller and he said item never had a DVD. However, the picture clearly shows packaging that says “DVD included”. Other listing for this same product do include a DVD. When I pointed this out seller responded “Send it back” I agreed if seller would pay the shipping. Seller quit communicating and offered no alternate solutions. Seller does not seem to be interested in correcting their mistakes. Would not buy again due to lack of customer service.

    Nope..listing clearly says script only no dvd.....you want to argue over $12 ?? Serioiusly...You can send it back as i said but YOU will pay for shipping back. I am tired fo dealing with this...you cannot read the instructions? Baloney. Have a great day.
