Great Supplement for Original Feeling Good
I have the first Feeling Good and thought it would be helpful to have the benefit of the handbook which has all the written exercises. A lot of the information is essentially the same but presented differently. I'd ultimately recommend both together.

Stylish yet rugged.
This is a great looking watch. It's very easy to use once you familiarize yourself with its features. Yes the negative display is not for everyone but I can still read the time indoors and there is no issue seeing it outdoors or with the assistance of the back light at night. It's nice that wear a watch that is smart but is not a smart watch. Having access to barometric, altitude and temperature readings is great while I am hiking. It's also nice to not have the constant and Non-Stop notifications you get from a smartwatch. The band that it comes with is a nylon fabric weave and is very comfortable. The stitching matches the highlights on the watch face. In my case this is orange. If you don't mind the negative display, I think this is a better looking watch overall than the one with the positive display. However, the positive display would have the best readability in all conditions. I think it's really personal preference.
