Brand New OEM Dyson remotes are available to replaced damaged ones
The product is an OEM new remote that does everything the original remote did. It even came in a sealed manufacture plastic packaging. The same remote can be purchased from Dyson BUT Dyson does not have any in stock to sale. The shipper sent the product for free in a well padded small box in the time frame specified. Word of advise— don’t let your dog chew on a Dyson remote, it never had a chance. Beware, most of the remotes you are looking at less than $20 are knock-offs, the magnetic feature appears to be lacking on all the remotes except for the OEM options.
