Very efficient
I'm glad I bought it. It was a replacement for xpelair silent model with humistat that cost over twice as much and was doing nothing. Now my bathroom clears up instantly, no more dripping water of the bathroom walls. Previous fan was fitted by electrician, then tended twice as it felt like was not doing anything. Humistat bad idea for Manchester area. New fan much better, motion sensor switches it on as soon as you open the door and keep it going for 20 minutes (can be adjusted). Fan is powerful enough to get rid of all the steam or bad smells very very quickly. No connection to the switched live needed, motion sensor will do the job even if completely dark. Once again I'm glad I bought it, is noisier than xpelair but it actually does the job.
