  Arrived as a plastic bag with nothing in it, hole in bag. Was offered a reduction refund for receiving nothing?? I obviously said no but was then chastised "But I do understand that you don't care about the whole story and others cost"?? When you pay for something but receive nothing because of your poor packaging, how is that my fault? Yet you have the audacity to offer a partial refund then complain when i refuse for receiving nothing??? Pic shows 5 bolts but only 1 for sale? Misleading
