Hopefully safe but not sure…

I bought the bottle on the right at Ulta beauty and it has guaranteed and proven itself to work why I bought the bottle on the left here on eBay for an amazing price comparing of the two. I bought the bottle on the left, as you see it needs 1 more month to be promised to work than the other (2 verses 3 months), and has additional questionable things that are not the same as the in store bought bottle ( nioxin verses oxydine?) … I received the slightly different eBay bottle recently, so not enough time to prove if it’s a blessing or a curse. Praying it’s safe!
